The last time the pair met, Matteo Berrettini was unable to win a single game against Holger Rune, losing the first set 6-0 and finally retiring after losing the first game of the second set. 

The Italian will have to significantly improve his performance from last time out if he has any chance against the aggressive Danish youngster. 

Given Berrettini’s recent sticky form where he lost the fist set 7-5 despite being 5-0 up against Francisco Cerundolo, we feel Rune will improve on his head to head record.

Prediction: Back Holger Rune to win @ 1.50

Daniil Medvedev vs Alexander Zverev

Head-to-head: 8-6 

This is a match of a pair who have played each other 14 times in their career, but never on clay. Importantly, the Russian Daniil Medvedev has won seven out of their last eight meetings and will be supremely confident after his resounding win against Lorenzo Sonego, a player with a good record on clay. 

Alexander Zverev has upped his performance levels recently, beating Alexander Bublik in the first round and Roberto Bautista-Agut last time out. Zverev might be the better player overall on clay, but the recent head-to-head dominance as well as pure grit and power of Medvedev is sure to trouble the German.

Prediction: Back Daniil Medvedev to win @ 1.66
